Brief Final Paper Proposal

For my final paper, I will analyze four manifestos. These will be manifestos of Tarrant, Dylann Roof, Patrick W. Crusius, and John Earnest. I will analyze all of these individually according to Roberts Miller’s “Characteristics of Demagoguery” and Daily Stormer’s Playbook. Together with manifestos, I will analyze some reactions of public to these. The main goal of the final paper will be not only the analysis itself but I will try to compare these manifestos and try to find similarities and significant differences in the rhetoric. I will also try to describe the background of the actions and try to find out whether these could have had any effect on the rhetoric of the individuals.
